– To book a safari or any services, you must make a reservation through our official website or authorized agents. – Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified by us.

2. Payments:

– Payment details will be provided during the booking process. – Prices are subject to change without notice, but your price is locked in once we receive your deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

– Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our reservations team. – Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount depends on the proximity of your cancellation to the departure date. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details. – Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

4. Travel Insurance:

– We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and medical coverage, before your journey.

5. Passport and Visa:

– It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and obtain any required visas for your travel.

6. Health and Vaccinations:

– You are responsible for meeting any health requirements, including vaccinations, for your travel destination.

7. Safari Itinerary:

– We act only as agents for various independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, and other services. We assume no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.

9. Travel Documents:

– You are responsible for carrying all necessary documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits, and for ensuring they are valid.

10. Conduct:

– You are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner throughout your trip. We reserve the right to terminate your participation if your behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others or wildlife.

11. Liability:

– Our liability is limited to the terms of the contracts with our suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or expense arising from acts of nature, force majeure, or any other causes beyond our control.

12. Photography:

– You grant us permission to use images or videos taken during your trip for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

13. Complaints:

– If you encounter any issues during your trip, please report them to our local representative or contact our office immediately so we can address them promptly.

14. Privacy:

15. Governing Law:

– This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tanzania, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania.
